- Description
- Victoria (and Australia) currently has no routine means of measuring influenza vaccination coverage among adult groups that are eligible for publicly funded vaccine. This paper examines vaccination coverage during 2010-14 for Victorian patients recruited by Flutracking, an online community influenza-like illness surveillance system, VicSPIN, a general practice-based surveillance system, and FluCAN, a hospital-based sentinel surveillance system, to assess whether together these three systems might provide timely estimates of vaccine coverage for high-risk adult groups.
